Although China's output is huge, fasteners started relatively late compared to foreign countries. Many enterprises have low investment in science and technology, weak scientific and technological development force, backward process technology, long delivery cycle, greatly lagged improvement in quality and increase in quantity, weak awareness of innovation strategy of enterprises, insufficient independent innovation ability of enterprises, and innovation system of enterprises. Construction is not perfect. In recent years, a large number of foreign fastener companies have poured into China, while my country's fastener companies have both challenges and opportunities. Domestic fastener companies need to build brands, improve quality, ensure a higher part qualification rate, and continue to work towards the goal of zero defects.
Although there is still a significant gap between domestic fastener enterprises and foreign advanced levels, my country's fastener standard parts industry has a certain industrial foundation and advantages after long-term development. Small-scale, weak technical force, relying on inferior raw materials and cutting corners to compete at low prices, fastener companies without brands will be eliminated in the transformation and innovation.
